Make TPB a private tracker

I'm pretty dumb. You're all right.

Wouldent work, mise well just use a private tracker if your gonna do that with server speeds.

alot of people who use TBP don't even know what ratio means, and they use clients like limewire to download with. TPB acts like a segueway for people to get to understand bittorrent and the more curious ones will eventually make their way into closed trackers.

it's good as it is.
