For kazaa lite but i don't know what program i should use i have one called iconeasel 98 i didnt know what section to put this in software or development so anyway to the point any suggestions for programs to create icons?

Try using Axialis IconWorkshop or Microangelo (recommended).
Alternatively, you could use Paint Shop Pro but this is harder as everything is more manual.
Edit: What icons were you thinking of making? New desktop icons?
Microangelo is the best. :D
I moved this to Softwareworld, when You're done with Your icons You may post in the Development forum again, if it's related to kazaa.
