So much for them starting their lawsuits this August. Except for those groups that caved in, this could delay them til the holidays.
:D Thank you for posting this. It's good to hear some good news among all the crap you hear and read. :( I'm worried people will buy into these scare tactics, maybe if more people read this link they'll regain a little confidence. :)
This simply means they'll file the subpoenas where they need to. Maybe they'll have to refile em all . . .if so, that could cost more so I guess that's good.
Good News I guess
It's the best news i've seen on the issue, and yes, costing the opposition is the best means of winning. Although i'm sure that the RIAA has very deep pockets.
