surely at dvds windvd and power dvd is best if you dont wanna use these you can user mediplayer classic
control+down increase
control+up descrase
control+R normal
huh i'm talking about video streaming on the net. when i say slow i mean the buffering is extremely slow, as if something's throttling the buffer speed

in DAP there is a small app for this you can search at google
after 1 minute of googling i found this which claims to do exactly what you want. haven't tried it personally. good luck
