some one please help me find this.....

in the music video...............one half of the screen a 8year old boy is getting ready for school..on the otehr side is an other boy of 8 years who is emplyed in shoe making shop....they show the whole day how it goes by for both of them...in the end the school boy comes back home and throws away the shoe...by then the other guy would have finished making 1 pair of shoes.it says "some things in life cost a lot more then we pay for it" in the end.............i dont rememebr the name of the artist or the song name...i saw this vedio in VH1,please help me find it
