Help me get my BiT-HDTV account back. PLEASE!

Hi guys and sorry for this sob thread here. http://bbs.progenic.com/Skins/Common/EmotIcons/Sad.gif I know its my 1st day here but I really need some help from a good soul.


I have a decent Power User account there with ~500GB upload and good ratio maintained.
Recently my login and email verification attempts were rejected. I need some help in contacting them through an existing member or irc to see what can be done about it.

I've tried through irc but I don't have a key needed to join the channel. (never used irc)
If you can help me in any way by PM'ing me the key do join and try to settle this so I don't have to beg for an invite.
