i think audionews.ru have some.
I'm not aware of any dedicated audiobook trackers (though I really wish one existed).
I think Demonoid probably has the most audiobooks right now, though there are a few that are only on What/Waffles.
Bitme.org and what.cd has the most audiobooks.
