Were you active? I believe you need to download from there and be active on their forums to keep your account. You can just log in every couple days and that count as activity.

Personally, I would say cut your losses. The site isn't that good at all in my opinion.

But either way, I hope you get your account back if you really like the site and you're going to use it.
