You can try Demonoid and they also have sites dedicated to cartoons if your kids are younger.

Not sure if I've seen any tracker with such a category. However I'd look for certain filmmakers/producers/teams instead, such as Pixar films, as those movies are fun for the whole family, or so they say :)
