i was disabled on rtt because i was using an improper client, which resulted in my inability to seed. before i had time to correct the situation i was disabled; this only took 1 day. now i am using utorrent and want back in.
also, i cant join your irc because i was disabled

they are really cracking down on H n' runners ... if your "improper" client was causing you to appear to be hitting and running i dunno how you gonna get the acct back
