hey guys we are working on a new tracker dedicated to unique content well anyways we have a awsome layout designed by Skywalker and now we are in need of a GURU to help us slice this image and make it a actual skin. This person needs to have knowledge of CSS and HTML.

You would probly have better luck posting a request like that in the TBDEV.NET forums. Lots of coders there are more than willing to work for cash :D

mobile apps. And yea i have tried posting int hat forum and have been idling there irc for over a week. That community isnt very "Alive"
