what would you guys say is the safest p2p to use until this whole RIAA thing cools down? right now i'm using Kazaa Lite, iMesh Lite, and Piolet. i've heard about some new one called EarthStation5 that's supposed to be really secure but hard to work with. i haven't checked it out though. what does everyone think?

how do i get onto a private network on WinMX? i've never used it before.

it can be pretty exclusive though, depending on who's on that particular server and how many files...
as for standard p2p's, kazaa should be safe enough

I would think News Groups are fairly secure as well.
