Adding Notepad & Wordpad To Rt. Click

OK. Hope I can describe this. When I rt click on an open area. The drop down list under New > is: Folder
Shortcut
Briefcase
Bitmap Image
Wordpad Document
WinRAR archive
Wave Sound
WinRAR ZIP archive

How do I add Notepad & Wordpad to the list? Thanks.

i know how to put stuff in the "send to" menur but im not sure about the "new" option ;)
