read avatars and sigs by bot, u need to host the pic on a server

You are linking to files on your hard drive. They have to be hosted on a site. Go on the link its a wonderful guide by BOT.
You need to get the tags right too, when you have hosted your pic somewhere write:
If you want it to be a link writeQuote:
[ IMG]pics address[/img]
