Xp Freeze

Whenever I try to reset or turnoff my pc through win xp it crashes. It normally gets as far as 'saving your settings' and then freezes. This happens all time and is really bugging me. It can also happen when logging off individual users.


Any ideas anyone?

Backup your data and do a clean reinstall. ;)

do u have logitech drivers installed???? bout 50% of the crashes with XP durin shutdown is caused by older logitecht drivers....... try uninstallin em........
