TS is not even a bittorrent tracker. Although it does have at least one good person releasing templates, they are all rapidshare links.
Everyone who signs up gets 3 invites immediately, so it should be easy to find one. I gave all mine away, otherwise I would be happy to give you one.
IMO demonoid is a better place to get templates, along with Bitme and maybe Bitspyder.
