I'd look at the 'jpop' music genre on some music trackers, it stands for 'Japanese Pop' and I'm pretty sure it categorizes the songs from all those silly anime shows.

Not sure about specific anime theme songs, but you can always make requests on music trackers.

the sad things is i dont have any music tracker

so i cant make a request :(

and other tracker that offer anime/cartoon music download,public/private tracker is ok with me,if there are none

boxtorrents.com has a ton of music. over 2000 OST collections, each with several albums.
