DVD Media Type and Brand Query

I am looking for something that is value for money ..
I value a longer life span more than anything ..
So basically i use +R now and some local indian brands or TDK etc ...
Now i am planning to switch to either TY or verbatim(the ones specifically made in singapore )
can anyone recommend some other brands?
Also should i stick to +R ones only or shift to some other type (if supported by my burner)

stick to +r as it takes over burning. and go 4 moser bayer

Have used alot of cheap branded DVD's and TDK seem to be the best for me.... +R is fine :)
