SCC problem at signup

Hey guys, when I try to signup at SCC, it gives me the following error:

does anyone knows what does this mean? i'm having this error for hours, is some internal problem or i'll have to wait?

Think your country are banned..
I have the same probleme with a invité, and the mod say :" 1/ He's already member and banned or 2/ country banned ".
Ask your friend who has invited you for ll go ask on irc /help, but no garanted.

I had also faced the same problem while signing up. Use a proxy.

Isn't it against the rules to register an account behind a proxy?:huh:

I registered with the help of a proxy but didn't have any problems. Just make sure you only register with proxy and then you can login using your own IP.
