My regards to everyone, I want to ask you all that how can I submit my site online? I want my site to be presented online but don’t know where and how to submit my link? Is there any way to make my link popularize online?

Alternatively you can do each search engine manually example:

There are millions of articles you can find on google about how to optimize your site for search engines.
The biggest thing is to have a lot of content that search engines are interested in and have access to, and that a lot of sites link back to your site.

you should try first some free postings and only when you'll run out of those related to your niche buy some more links from a net vendor.
There are a ton of coupon codes available for Google AdWords "Vouchers". I'm not sure how exactly that works, but probably a good place to start.
