Re: tracker for short films
interested in that to ... waiting for a source :)
Re: tracker for short films
There is probably not enough demand or supply for that.
Re: tracker for short films
I've never herd of any before, I would also be interested In that.
Re: tracker for short films
Goem and the horrorcharnel have a short film category
Re: tracker for short films
KG seems to have the most short films. tik and goem have each just about 100, tik is actually below 100 and goem at 150. KG on the other side has almost 1800.
A tracker which only allows short films would be very interesting to me, I think that there are enough people who would be active. furthermore I like trackers which specialize themselves in something!
secret cinema has no genre for short films :( but they have some short films though, but I can't really say how many...
how much does horrorchannel have?

That's quite strange to me. There's a lot of short (or rare) films made by young/independent directors, many of such films have never brought their producers a big profit, were probably shown on one-two festivals and distributed only a hundreds copies some years ago. Why the directors/producers wouldn't give such films to a specialized torrent communities? It would promote their work and give access for some fans who find nearly impossible to find because it's out of print. I personally have a list of 10-15 short/rare films I would love to watch, but all attempts to find them is like :frusty: .
Re: tracker for short films
I think that there is potentially enough demand and supply. As already VoidNT said there are very many short films and a lot of them are hard to find or bootlegs. Moreover KG proved that demand and supply is in some extent available. So in my opinion a fundament for a good community exists.
Re: tracker for short films
I've never understood the "specialized" tracker mentality. seems like someone would just start uploading them to kg or some other similar site. why waste the time on a niche tracker, when there's already a tracker which would readily accept the content and has a large user base?
Re: tracker for short films
KG is a perfect candidate, lysine. By saying "specialized" I don't mean a new tracker, just a single place where many different sources can publish their stuff.
