Anyone know of a good PAL DVDR site, excluding TTi and DVDCLUB.I know the Sweds sites are good but are there anymore and ones im likely to get in.

i suggest you Cinematik and NorBits, they are my favourite ones for DVDR.
BitHQ is also quite good...
i find BitHQ not that good...

tti and tdc its enough for DVDR
all the obay trackers have DVDR contents too
just try the Swedish sites. since they only let Swedish scene material up there are almost only dvdr's with Nordic subs.
Swebits(my favorite), piratebits and of course swedvdr
