have problem with elektronik

I have an acct there , but I can`t login
it always says (wrong username or password)
I can make recover and it sends the new acct details to my mail
but when I wanna login agian it says (wrong username or password)
may be my acct has been disabled cuz inactivity
but there is no irc .how can I get help from elek stuff ?
can I get my acct back if disabled cuz of inactivity ?
