Ok after my little set back with my tooth..
i still beleive i am a Hardened professional who can perform any DIY operation...
so if u have any medical problems iam here 2 help...
oh and does any 1 know how i can treat my ingrown toenail myself..
I have had my left toe nail removed but now my right nail is playing up.. i need 2 removie it my self any tips....
this is wot it looks like ( but this is not my foot ) looks the same tho :lol:

ouch........ Im starting to get my nail like that but NOT that serious it only hurts a bit but that looks as if u need a shot of morphien to take the pain :lol:

I would take a hack saw and some painkillers (morphene might be sufficient) and cut the fucked up little piggy off, and just wait for the toe to grow back
if you're not a lizard, try cutting the toenail into a kinda V (/\ if you're looking at it) shape - this takes off some of the pressure, but you still need to get the ingrowing bit
I am sure your local hardware store will have a home chiropody kit.
Just remember to use it out of the box, don't clean it or anything.

the funny thing is JP they do have it, but i don't have $15 bucks 2 buy it

you call that a medical problem??
it's easy, anyone can do this, first, take some pain medication or inject yourself with animal tranquilizer or something so you dont feel any pain, second, have your wife (or anybody who is really angry with you or annoyed with you), pay him/her to chainsaw your toe off, problem permantly solved.
couple of benefits from this..
1. better relationships
2. no painful toe nails anymore
3. stop paying stupid doctors to perform these trivial operations
4. save money by not paying your insurence company
5. you actually walk better because your toe is out of the way
