Hello, introduction help

Hello, i have recently joined the filesharingtalk forum and i was wondering about a few things

1, Why are the ratio proof necassary, and do you just need a screenshot of the ratio (Upload/Download)?

2, how come i cannot post in the giveaway section

3, is there alist of all of the torrent sites, nicknames, and heirachial system of these sites?

i need speed tests, and ratio proof, as i have a TL account, i was wondering do i just need a screenshot of that or is there something i am missing?

You say that you have been stuck on TL for all of your torrenting time.
My question to you is, how is that a bad thing? TL is one of my most heavily used trackers in my arsenal and you should appreciate it for what its worth as alot of new members here do not even have TL.:)
