i got spotify invite and downloaded the program but i want to know this program for listening only or i can download songs by it if yes how can i download this songs

You can't download them ... but I don't doubt there will be applications popping up real soon that make it possible to 'catch' the streams and save them.

Sure you can record them as they are playing, you just need to get yourself a copy of Replay Music
available at most NZB sites ;)
