got banned?? no idea why

at frist I thought I had got my ip banned from logging in wrong too many times but now it seems my account is disabled??

(switching from one laptop to another and my recorded pass won't work and my pass retrieval emails never show up)

I can't get their irc to work in mirc on my home machine

I had good ratio, had a server.lu 100mbit dedicated doing nothing but seeding their torrents...

was a member 2 weeks

had no warnings, 2 weeks membership about 1TB down and 4-5TB uploaded

they banned you for cheating. the site has so many members its very difficult to find all the cheats so they look at your stats and just assume you're cheating because of the enormous amount of transfer in such a short period of time.

you will have to go on their IRC support channel and hopefully you can talk your way out of it... you will have to prove that you could actually transfer that much without a hacked client.
