Also try proaudiotorrents.org

what.cd has a good selection of what your looking for, waffles.fm and bitme.org also have a decent choice of files

It's not a site, but if you don't already have it check out Guitar Pro. It a program that plays tabulature. Great for learning new tunes.

Yeah guitar pro is a great help to learn songs. That coupled with ultimate-guitar.com + proaudiotorrent.org should give you tons of material and guitar pro tabs to work with
