Fitness Videos

i'm looking for some good fitness videos. i know windsor palates or something like that is good. can't find it anywhere though. and i'm giving it to one of my friends. :lol:

Surely there must be some on normal dvd sites? :(

i wouldnt be suprised if there are quite a few on kazaa, as most of us dont leave our pc unless we want food or beer.

I found a few yoga ones for my lady on here. I have no idea what they were called but she said they were rellay good ones.
