How Can I Remove?

Or hide but without uninstalling some programs from here?Because i have too many things ,like the screensaver,sig2dat.

you can just right click and delete! it will not have effect on the prog. ;)

You know where this is but..C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Start Menu\Programs

Creat a new folder/multiple new folders
EX.
Sytem tools
Filesharing
whatver.

Then drag and drop into the folders if you want to keep the shortcuts there but not have such a big list.
