I got my account disabled in ScL cause inactive :(That's sad for me.I had been business trip four months before without internet connection.I know that's won't be a good and enough reason to make a request such as this.It's just too late or something.Whatever I should have a try.;)

first, try to contact the staff there, explain your situation and see if they can re enable your account.
because no one here is going to risk inviting you, being that a dupe account (well, there are lots of them there anyway...)
why don't you try their support channel ?
explain them what happen , and then they can enable your acc (maybe)
I think for pu levels invites were taken away dont know about VIP's
