It always says "Success" but Never get a confirmation Email back,anyone has the same problem?

It always says "Success" but Never get a confirmation Email back,anyone has the same problem?
Im not sure.. but on a few trackers the email is case sensitive, maybe thats the problem here?
Also remember to check your spam folder? and remember that it could take a while for it to appear in your inbox.
Last if everything else fails then you could go to their irc support channels and ask for help.
both are great, but not very....
