Sanyo LCD HDTV

my girlfriend has this tv

The problem is that for some reason the screen when turned on is completely white but the sound is perfect.She has had the tv for about 8 months and the in store warranty is no good...is there any way i can fix this or not?

I would give Sanyo a call. That TV has a 1 year MFG warranty on it (or so it's manual says)
