PureTNA redirects to FAQ page

I keep getting redirected to the FAQ page whenever i try to access PureTNA. I've clear cache and cookies, but the problem still persists in both IE and Firefox. Had been having this problem for months, but didn't bring it up until now. Anyone knows what's wrong?
