First of all you have to get way more active man (throw some GA). And then maybe someone will invite you there.
Else you dont stand a chance. Sorry to say it, but its the truth!
It would be important to specify where are you from, since there are some areas banned on SCC.

SCC is very hard to obtain ? What is the levelo ? What do you want in return ?
