Nope, but extremly annoyed, the force all my favorite trackers to shut down.. it's sad really..
no, as long as TTi doesn't close too.
edited :(
No, why would i? i don't staff a swedish tracker...
No, not really...
maybe the laws will spread around Europe :D
As long as they stay the hell out of Norway I'm glad:) But sad to see great trackers like swebits and swedvdr being forced to close.
No...why should I? Downloading is legal in here and proving Your felony is some tough job. They must prove (in order to be found guilty of copyright infringement):
1: You uploaded (shared) copyright stuff
2. Define Your identity (with dynamic IPs it's kinda uphill battle)
3. They must establish some logical connection between the files You have and Your actual activity on the given tracker - not easy...
4. Besides having SOME rar files does not mean You have it all
Last but not at least: ISPs cannot give Your logs upon request by those mediocre firms (likes of IFPI, MPAA etc.). Not in civil cases.
This is not a criminal litigation, rather a civil cae.
nope, besides the closure of some trackers which i am sure others will rise instead ,the same happened with oink (we have waffles and what now) i can say i am not affected
