What can you get for $20 a month?

I'm in the US and have found that I got terrible FTP speed with OVH. I get good FTP speed with Server.lu.

I don't like wTorrent. I prefer TFlux but uTorrent is ok.

I don't want a VPS. I'm not interested in learning Linux, SSH, etc.

I'm currently using a service for $20 which only gives me 5 concurrent torrents. Can I do better than that?

probabaly not, unless you share with other people. if you buy from a reseller company you will be paying them extra, if you share with people and get one of them to set it up it might be cheaper since every1 pays straight to the server provider, cutting out the reseller. I'm planning on doing this, ordered a DS2000 and waiting on it to be set up.
