Forbidden

sometimes on FST, i see "forbidden" etc.

i can't see any pages until i do something like clear cache or cookies.

Refreshing the page is enough for me...

here we go:

"don't reload pages too often. Especially don't sit there clicking refresh.
And try not to have many pages of this site running in different windows/tabs.
Creating too many page requests in a certain time makes the server ban you for a short time."

Just do as it says then and it won't be a problem.
