i got mail to reset my URL but didn`t work

so i need help how to rest my URL and open my account again

join the IRC and ask any staffer to reset the details for you.
for the time being, clear your cache and cookies, and try it again.Use the PIN which is also a part of mail which you receive.

also as far as i know, you need to have a password for entrance to the site, try resetting it, without it you cannot log in to the site as far as i know.

not the way to ask for help ...

he was banned coz he used some ratio faking tool to buffer IPT ..

and

i think he did a stupid thing .. he should have read the rules everywhere properly
