no sorry that's too complicated to set up lol i'm not a reseller but most trackers now days don't need unique i.p's they use the passkey system.

It's not linked to passkey question. It's about the rule forbidding the use of several accounts. And you can be suspected to do that if users haven't their own IP, I think you should take care about it ;)
Moreover, shared seedbox providers almost always offer one IP per account.
