Why some trackers ban brazilians members?

I tried to get a what.cd invite by irc but they said brazilian ppl are not allowed to use it :( why?

Well, most of the time it's because they think that your country has a lot of cheaters, traders, etc..

I also don't like it, but it's their tracker, so they get to set the rules.:sadwalk:

they just don't like you :(
