Need help from what.cd admin or mod

I was in the what.cd interview Irc channel and someone interrupted claiming I lied about having an account, saying I was banned under a different screen name, and then they banned me from the irc all together. I've never had and account with what.cd. I think the reason was because someone had 1977 in their SN, I guess they think I'm the only person in the world born in 1977 that would use that in a SN. What I would like to know is if there is anything I can do about this or am I just S.O.L. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Dude,i don't think this is something you should wait for sexten to clarify for you coz chances are that he won't(take my word for it)plus it sounds unimportant.If you are sure you never held an account before and its the 1977 that's tying you to that,go to the official what irc support channel and explain yourself there(that is if you got banned from the interview channel only),it may be something else(are you on a shared IP?).
if you are on a dynamic IP though,you can go try the interview now but under a different alias.
