simply cause anyone who has SCC or SCT also has TL for sure, and both of your trackers that u want are slightly better and ranked higher than TL ( read some reviews here -> http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/f-bit...ratings-298328)
u need to offer something more "valuable" in return to get those trackers
one more thing, its very hard to get SCC and SCT these days
