Are You sure 100KB is enough?
Do You want banners, ads? Do You want a host that that allow hotlinking?

If you don't want hotlinking then www.freewebs.com or www.geocities.com
Freewebs.com is free and no pop-ups or banners.
freewebs has some server slowdown sometimes.. i dont like lag

edit: my site hosted there and its pretty fast downloads i can get when i tested it.
edit2:also if u use a .tk url u can get rid of the ads, there gone on mine.
