Can we request a repost for old NZBs?

I usually don't request things as there is plenty of great stuff on here. I would like to know if we are allowed to request reposts of old NZBs though? If we are not i'm sure the MOD will either delete :( my post or yell at me :angry: ...laughs

These are the 2 i'm looking for. None of the newsgroups seem to have them available.

FST has a retentions on the posts of NZB (I don't know the age). Think about how many MB's if not GB's of nzbs are stored here?
