i had the same problem, i un-installed nero and roxio, deleted everything i could find of them on my pc, then i install roxio 1st then nero, its a gay driver conflict, roxio has to have THEIR drivers installd
I uninstalled all of the things I could find from Roxio I deleted files too, I just installed Nero, and the notice still pops up.
roxio first!
