Hello Soul814, I followed the link you posted originally and I'm not sure you can access that info unless you are a shareholder. But, if you click on the dot com link under the Baldor logo after you get to the NYSE site, then click on Investor Relations, then Shareholder Information, you'll be able to email them and explain that it's an assignment ( for school ? ) and if they wouldn't mind helping you out.
Who knows ? Maybe they'll even offer you some free shares in their company and you can come back in 20 years and tell us about the 60 foot yacht you just bought ! ;)
