Seriously study, the questions are difficult and require ALL of the knowledge on their interview information page. Click through to each link and read and know the entire page. If you're unfamiliar with codecs, bitrates, sonograms, etc. then you WILL fail without a few hours of study. You can re-take the test up to 3 times.
