I think it's a custom one that Tesco made especially for this site :unsure:

its called FST Style.
I made it.
It's mostly just a copy of the default IPB skin from what was the latest version at the time mixed with some of my own ideas and images from a different skin pack. :lol:
I don't know of any like it, sorry.
