There's also NepToons(previously Fox-Kids). You can go to their irc for an invite. Check FileNetworks blog. The article about the site with the info you need should still be on the front page.

For cartoonchaos you have to have a verifiable history - the selection is worth the effort if you like classictoons esp.

Is myspleen still around, I remember them being decent.

MySpleen is still around, and as good as ever. But they specialize in content not available on dvd. So some cartoons you won't find there.

i have neptoons ,but not enough,if somebody have a invite to cartoonchaos will be great
